    1. Hello, Mr. Farma! I apologize for my late response. Could you tell me a little bit about your musical style? Or if you have a recording that I could listen to please?

I’m trying to curate different bands/performers for this Arlington Porchfest 2026. Thank you!

  1. Hi! The Heather Mumford Project (5 people, Americana/Country/Bluegrass/Blues) is looking for a porch to perform on. Please let me know if you are still looking for performers; I’d be happy to discuss whether we could be a good fit for you. Cheers! Heather

    2. Heather, I found your band on YouTube! Amazing! We have slots at 12p, 1p, and 2p. We’re located on the West Zone at 50 Park Avenue Congregational Church. The performing space would be outside under tents. I have commercial grade power strips so that anyone that needs – can be accommodated.

Please let me know me if/when you are available. We’d love to host you on our “porch.”

  2. Hello! I’m in a rock trio with two other Arlingtonians called Monotony Rocks, and we are seeking a porch to perform on. If you are still looking for a band for any of these time slots, please let me know 🙂

    1. Hi Jane, thanks for your interest and I apologize for the lateness of my comment – I assumed I would get some notification from the website.
We don’t currently have any recordings or online presence – this will be our first live performance as a group, though every member of this ensemble has been playing their respective instrument for over a decade, both solo and in ensembles.
We’re planning a set largely focused on minimalist rock music in the vein of bands such as Can, NEU! Joy Division and others, but we’re not planning to restrict ourselves to any specific genre.
We will mainly be playing drums, keyboards, and bass, we can bring our own amplifiers, microphones and drum kit or share others’ if that is preferable for set changeover. The only thing we will really need is access to power and a PA/mixer for our three vocal mics.
Hope this is helpful! Thanks for reaching out.

  4. HI, I’d be happy to play at 50 Paul Revere Rd at 1;00 or 2:00
I am “SuperDuperTrumpetLooper”, I am a solo performer singing, playing trumpet and guitar, and utilizing a looper pedal to allow me to do all of those at the same time. All I need is a few feet of space and an AC outlet. And I would fit in with your current genre of “Brass” 🙂

    1. Hi, BlowMyOwnHorn,

My apologies for the lack of response. Sometimes I get emails and other times I guess the status is on the Porchfest pages.

      At any rate,

I would like to have you perform at 2p. I will update my porch.

  5. Hi, I’m a member of Suicidal Squirrels, a rock, blues and punk band that plays 70% covers and 30% originals, consisting of 4 sophomores (see https://arlingtonporchfest.org/band/suicidal-squirrels/ for more info). We’re currently looking for a porch and are open to any time slot, would you be open to hosting us? If needed, we can also temporarily go by just “The Squirrels” if there is any concern regarding the name. I’m not sure about availability based on these comments but if there is any, please let me know! I’m planning to discuss with the rest of the band tomorrow.

    1. you can also find sample recordings on our porch fest page, as well as our youtube channel: “Suicidal Squirrels Official”
