Sweetbrier, a folk duo comprised of Amy Lohman and Brad Meyer, has been performing together for over 15 years. They have appeared at many Boston area venues, including the DeCordova museum, town Porchfests, house, concerts, festivals, and restaurants. Amy plays piano, and both play guitar and sing. They are known for their delicate harmonies and diverse repertoire, which includes Beatles to bluegrass, Celtic, folk and contemporary singer/songwriter material. Sweetbriar songs range from softly tender to outrageously humorous. Amy and Brad sum it up nicely, “we play what we love, and hope you’ll love it too!“
