Nadhi is a group of friends who started playing music together and somehow never stopped. Every year the setlist gets more ambitious — mashups, pop, rock, Carnatic, Bollywood, Kollywood, and whatever rabbit hole we fall into next.
Diwakar brings the guitar and vocals with full Beatles energy. Pooja drives us toward perfection — vocally and otherwise. Charles is the token white guy of the group who also happens to be a guitar genius who’s up for any song, anytime. Kavita juggles bass, keys, and vocals like it’s nothing. Poornima brings the vocals and the energy that pulls everyone up. And Amrutha handles vocals, occasional guitar, and other things — including wrangling this group, which everyone tolerates with surprising grace.

Your band sounds entertaining! I personally listen to pretty much any kind of music other than heavy metal, opera, and hardcore rap. My philosophy is that there is no such thing as good or bad music, there is only music that appeals to your ear or doesn’t. If you are interested, get in touch.
The other band we have scheduled (from 2 – 4) is my son and some of his college friends who just like playing together and performing when they can. They did Somerville Porchfest last year (and are signed up for this year) and are adding Arlington to their list this year.
