Just to clarify for porches: we aren’t able to play any additional sets! We have a five o’clock set that will hopefully be listed here promptly. We are 4 high school sophomores (1 bass, 1 drums, 2 guitar, 2 vocals, or 1 guitar and 1 keys) who love music and performing. We do a mix of about 70% covers and 30% originals and would love to rock your porch this year! We frequent open mics at the Burren, while also doing many longer outdoor gigs. Additionally, we already have porchfest experience as we performed last year, and are actually coming off of a second place finish at our school’s battle of the bands this year (footage on ACMITV @youtube)! We cover classics like Led Zeppelin, Rush, the Beatles, and Green Day, among MANY others. We also have a wide range of styles that will all be displayed in our porchfest set this year such as blues, classic rock, folk, and others. Hi, Dorothy from Bartlett Ave. You seem to have two listings. The Suicidal Squirrels and The Squirrels. This is confusing. I think you can change the name on your original listing and then delete the second one that does not have a porch listed. With the first listing showing that you are performing noon – 2pm, you could still be contacted by another porch to play later in the day.
Sorry for the confusion; we’re playing at another porch at five and they asked if we could do that one as just “The Squirrels” so I had to make two listings so that the first set could still be listed as our full name without applying to the second. The five o’clock set should hopefully be listed here in the next few days!
