Hello, I’m interested in getting my band Captain Easychord on your porch. We are a four piece band that performs original (and a few covers of) melodic rock with rousing, infectious choruses. I have some music posted on Bandcamp, Reverberation and YouTube accounts for your consideration. In addition, I’m also a member of my friend’s band Butterscott, they play original quirk pop, and have music posted on their Bandcamp page. Jonathon Pressman is the contact for Butterscott and he is also an Arlington resident. His email address is jpressman63@gmail.com
Hello,
My name is Lars Wicklund I am a local Singer Songwriter. I am looking to play a solo set and wanted to reach out about the possibility of getting a time for porchfest.
I write indie folk rock music with themes of unity, peace, positivity, and perseverance. Drawing influence from songwriters like Tom Petty, Bob Dylan, and John Lennon.
I play mostly originals but also do covers.
Hope to be able to play and thanks for your consideration!
Hi There! Indie signer songwriter with a slight rock bent with a mix of originals and covers. Have played Arlington before and a host of other porchfests. Interested in any spot you’ve got open? See more about me at http://www.chrissteeleband.com. Thank you!
Hi, I’m a member of Suicidal Squirrels, a rock, blues and punk band that plays 70% covers and 30% originals, consisting of 4 sophomores (see https://arlingtonporchfest.org/band/suicidal-squirrels/ for more info). We’re currently looking for a porch and are open to any time slot, would you be open to hosting us? If needed, we can also temporarily go by just “The Squirrels” if there is any concern regarding the name.
Hi, I’m sorry to let you know we can no longer play during any of these times.
Hi I’m a local singer-songwriter and porchfest veteran who lives in your neighborhood and is looking for a porch. You can check out my music here: https://douggreenfield.bandcamp.com Thank you -Doug
Hey, friends! I’m Sam Bayer, your smartass troubadour, your literate, exuberant guide to an imaginary world where housewives win the Nobel Prize in physics, poker-playing children gamble over their bedtimes, and metaphorical elephants pirouette in the den, four and a half minutes at a time. You’ll laugh, you’ll, well, you’ll probably laugh some more. No crying, though. Check out my tunes at https://sambayer.com. I am available for all time slots. I will perform alone or with my percussionist.
Hi! I’m Stevie Subrizi, and I’d love to play your porch.
I’m a solo singer-songwriter whose music could be described as indie-pop, post-punk, or queercore, with inflections of ska. I’ve drawn comparisons to Lou Reed, Jonathan Richman, Billy Bragg, and the Mountain Goats.
You can hear my last Medford PorchFest performance here: https://steviesubrizi.bandcamp.com/album/live-from-monument-street
Please let me know if I could play for you!
