Dave’s Musical Mystery Tour will return this year with two different sets:
12:30pm: The first set features vocalist Erin Martin, a full band including the Hammond B3 organ and full horn section, and will include songs by Fleetwood Mac, Stevie Wonder, Simple Minds, Tears for Fears, The Beatles, Def Leppard, The Coors, Indigo Girls, Miley Cyrus, Bryan Adams, and more! Our band includes Erin Martin, David Bickel, John Sinclair, Brian Middleton, Dave Shrewsbury, Andy Santospago, John Rabinowitz, Andrew Conway, Andrew Clark, David Newsome, and maybe a special guest or two!
The second set starting around 2pm will feature Dave’s friend Addie on vocals, and include some jam-band classics from Grateful Dead, Phish, as well as a couple of Addie originals!
Bring a couple drinks, snacks, and maybe a lawn chair or blanket, and spend the afternoon with us! There is plenty of street parking around the neighborhood with a very short walk, but please be respectful of our neighbors’ driveways and walkways and make sure you don’t block them!

You sounded amazing last year. Was my favorite act of Porchfest. When your set is over come over to 88 Gelnburn for the second set of another band playing Grateful Dead songs, “Dead Right” playing until 5 or so.
Hey Brendan, thank you so much for the amazing compliment! I hope you’re able to make it for part (or most) of our sets this year. When we’re wrapping up, we’ll try to send some folks over your way!
Got there around 2:15 and enjoyed the set immensely. When they went into their rendition of Bertha by the Grateful Dead it brought back memories of college and listening to that song more than a few times. Lots of fun.
Thank you Garret, I appreciate that very much! Music has that amazing ability to transport us to another time and another place. Thanks again. Have a great day! 🙂
After your glorious double set at Porchfest on Saturday, I’m a huge fan of Dave’s Musical Mystery Tour, and Erin Martin is my new favorite singer!
I gave Dave (and also the 7th Beatle principal) flyers about Spy Pond Fun Day. I’m the coordinator of the annual festival, which always features great music as well as kids’ activities. This year it’s on Saturday September 26, 10-1 (raindate Sunday 1-4).
I would be so thrilled if any of you could come play for an hour!
Fingers crossed – Betsy
Hi Betsy – thank you so much for the kind words, and it was nice meeting you and talking to you on Saturday! Now that things have calmed down a bit, I’m going to reach out to the band and see what their availability might be like and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. Thank you! 🙂
