Hello,
As Seen From Space is a 3-piece (guitar, bass and drums) original, instrumental, improvisational band incorporating rock, blues and a bit of jazz, all with a psychedelic overtone. We do not require a P.A. as we don’t have vocals. You can hear us at asfs.bandcamp.com or www.facebook.com/ASFSband. We are based in Arlington, we practice at “The Music Studios of Arlington Center” at 399 Mass. Ave. We played at last year’s Arlington Porchfest. We also play the various Boston area clubs that cater to original music, such as the Midway Cafe in JP, the Jungle in Somerville, The Middle East Upstairs and others. We are looking for a porch assignment.

Thanks for volunteering your porch. The 12:00 spot would be good for us. But we are flexible on this. If you don’t schedule another band for 1PM, we could play longer, but I’ll leave that up to you.

Thanks for confirming on your porch. We will see you about 11AM., Sat, June 20. I see this building is the Arlington Community Media, Inc office/studio, I checked it out on Google maps. I did see your picture on the ACMI website, so I figured that I was looking at the right place. One concern, I didn’t see much of a “porch” as such. Will you be providing one of those canopy folding gazebo things in case of rain, but also for shade if it’s hot and sunny?
