  1. Iveria would love to sing on your porch if you have an available time.

Iveria, a male a capella enemble, has been singing music from the Republic of Georgia in Arlington since 1984. We performed at the last Porchfest. We sing love songs, soldier songs, laments, healing songs, hymns, and liturgical pieces from Georgia, whose polyphonic choral tradition goes back centuries, and whose music sometimes sounds Middle Eastern, sometimes Eastern European, and sometimes like nothing else in the entire world.

  2. Hi! My band Lampyridae would love to play at your porch! We are a Boston-based trio performing all original compositions influenced by various Celtic styles. Our unique sound is a blend of up-beat fiddle tunes, beautiful sounding harmonies, intricate arrangements, and odd rhythms. Instruments featured are the fiddle, cello, piano, mandolin, guitar, recorder, and occasional vocals (and bass guitar coming soon!) We often play acoustic, but also have our own sound system and can use that if needed.
