  1. Hi – I am Jeff Winston of the band Antarctica. I see that you have booked us at your facility from 12-2pm, (even though our description reads that we’re available “between 1:30 & 4:00 pm”). We have some time flexibility if there’s a good reason, but as you are apparently a school (and not a house with a porch),please provide me with some more about the nature of the gig. Is this music for an event? Indoor? Outdoor? etc. Please contact me at jeff@antarcticaband.com. If it’s a good gig I’m sure we can work something out.

  2. Hi —

This is Julia Harper, for the 12 person a cappella group Jeweltones. It seems you signed us up to perform there at 3pm during the porchfest on June 21? I don’t remember seeing notification of this, so I just noticed it! I looked up the address 34 Winter Street, and see this is the address of the Lesley Ellis School. Would we be singing on the driveway? Is there access to power so we could use microphones? This looks like a great spot, but there’s little info about your “porch”!

  3. Hi there Leslie Ellis School – The Band With a View will play at 4-5pm. Please tell us what equipment you will provide onsite.

We have a mixing board and PA system, and microphones. But if you will have that stuff already onsite, then we will just plug into your system.

We need 5 microphone cables (all of us sing except the keyboardist). Six of us in total, including drums.
