Steve Gintz plays 2 sets (kids music / 60s-current)

Steve Gintz is a music therapist and professional musician who runs music and movement groups with older adults.

This time, though, he’ll be gearing it toward, ya know…younger folks. Come join for a couple sets…

Set 1: Stuff for younger kiddos. A bunch of Caspar Babypants, They Might Be Giants, TSwift, a few classic singalongs (Raffi, B-I-N-G-O, etc.) , and that JT song from Trolls.

Set 2 + 3 An eclectic set with guitar (and later, drumset) featuring Steve cycling through the decades, featuring artists/songs like:

60s/70s (The Beatles, Creedence, “The Letter”)

80s (Billy Joel, Bruce Springsteen, George Michael, The Cars, Hall and Oates)

90s (Smashing Pumpkins, Pearl Jam)

00s (Postal Service, Guster, David Gray, Gnarls Barkley, Coldplay, couple boyband songs if it seems like a party)

10s/20s (The Weeknd, Harry Styles, The Shins, Hozier, TSwift, Post Malone)

Size: 1-2 performers

  1. Hi, Our neighborhood cluster with 7 stages (porches, driveways and street) is looking for a group performing for kids…and their parents and grandparents. With musicians, dancers and artists in the cluster, we attract 250+ visitors. Open slots are 1pm and 2pm with noon also an option. We provide lunch, snacks, drinks on my deck.
Happy to provide more information, 781-648-0925, landline

    1. Thanks so much for the offer, but I think I’m going to have to pass in order to save my voice for my sets. Perhaps in the future! : )
